基于因果定向理论的外部目标追求对创新行为影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 依据因果定向理论,将个体区分为自主定向与控制定向两类,并引入基本心理需求概念对其作用机理进行了探究。结果表明;自主定向个体外部目标追求对创新行为具有显著正向影响,控制定向个体外部目标追求对创新行为具有显著负向影响;影响关系通过基本心理需求的中介作用产生;自主定向个体需求主要体现为自主需求和胜任需求,控制定向个体需求主要体现为自主需求、关系需求和胜任需求;工作复杂性具有正向调节作用,其加剧了自主定向个体外部目标追求对自主需求和关系需求的正向影响,及控制定向个体外部目标追求对自主需求、关系需求和胜任需求的负向影响。 Based on the theory of causal direction,the individual is divided into independent orientation and control orientation,and the mechanism of action were explored by the concepts of basic psychological needs.The results showed that,the independent orientation individuals external goals pursuit has a significant positive?effect on innovation behavior,and control orientation individuals external goals pursuit has a significant negative?effect on innovation behavior;the effect relationship is created by intermediary role of basic psychological needs.The independent orientation individuals are primarily through autonomy need and relatedness need,the control orientation individuals are through autonomy need,relatedness need and competence need;the complexity of work has a regulatory role.For the independent orientation individuals,the higher complexity of work is,the more obvious the positive effect is;for the control orientation individuals,the higher complexity is,the more significant the negative effect is.
