摘要
为解决传统高锰钢齿板耐磨性差、寿命低、齿板更换频繁的问题,通过调整高锰钢中C、Si元素含量,并加入适量Cr、Mo、Ni等合金元素,形成合金化高锰钢,从而提高工件硬度与耐磨性,延长使用寿命。实验结果表明:相较传统高猛钢齿板,合金化高锰钢耐磨性提高了20%,强度、冲击韧度提高了20%,硬度提高了10%。
To deal with the problems of poor wear resistance, low life and frequent changes of traditional tooth plate of high manganese steel, the content of C and Si elements was adjusted and the right amount of alloy element was added such as Cr, Mo, Ni to form a novel construction named as alloying high manganese steel, whose hardness, wear resistance and service life were improved. The experiments demonstrate that the wear resistance of the alloying high manganese steel is increased by 20%, the strength and the impact toughness is increased bv 20%. and the hardness is increased by 10%.
