Production practice to reduce sliver content in cathode copper during copper electrolysis

摘要 铜冶炼企业银的有效回收率直接影响到企业的经济效益。本文分析了铜电解过程中银进入阴极铜的途径,以及影响阴极铜含银量的主要因素,对影响阴极铜含银的槽面温度、氯离子含量、洗涤质量、电解液流量等方面进行了工艺探索,找到了合适的工艺条件,有效降低了阴极铜含银量。 The effective recovery of silver directly affects the economic benefit of copper smelters.This paper analyzed the ways of sliver brought into cathode copper during copper electrolysis,and main factors influencing silver content in cathode copper.The paper also makes a process study on factors of cell surface temperature,chloride ion content,washing quality and electrolyte flowrate,etc.those influence silver content in cathode copper.Appropriate process conditions were identified to effectively reduce the silver content in cathode copper.
