Omi/HtrA2表达与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 Omi/Htr A2是定位于真核生物线粒体中的丝氨酸蛋白酶,是寡聚丝氨酸蛋白酶Htr A(high temperature requirement)家族的成员之一。Omi/Htr A2在内质网合成后,由线粒体定位序列MTS(mitochondrial rargeting sequence)引导进入线粒体中,被线粒体中加工肽酶或自身蛋白酶加工为成熟的Omi,并储存在线粒体膜间隙。
