摘要
高校领导是学校建设发展中最具影响力的人。他们对高校体育教育教学工作的重视与否直接影响到校园体育文化建设。本文通过问卷调查和访谈的方法对高校领导体育价值取向、体育运动背景、参与体育锻炼程度、观看体育电视节目与关注学生体育工作、对体育学科的政策支持等进行实证分析,从高校领导的角度就如何推进学校体育工作的开展提出意见与建议。
University leaders are of top significance in the development of the school＇s and their values on sports implies the direction for the College Physical Education Teaching,This paper turns to the use of questionnaire and interviews to conduct empirical analysis on school leaders＂ values of sports, sports background, degree of participation in physical exercise, their attendance to sports programs on TV, their attention to students＂ physical education, their support to physical discipline in terms of policy, with the ultimate goal of exploring the suggestion and solution to leadership concerning the promotion on students＂ physical education.
