略论高师院校在“国培计划”中的协同发展策略

摘要 高师院校是承担与落实"国培计划"的主体,如何在"国培计划"实施过程中实现协同发展,是教师教育培养培训一体化可持续发展的应有之义。高师院校应注重"国培计划"与日常教学、教科研和专业发展相结合,注重平台搭建与资源建设,注重整体项目的总结与提升,实现高师院校可持续推进"国培计划"。 Normal colleges and universities are the main body of the training and implementation of the"national training program",and how to realize the coordinated development in the implementation of"national training plan"is the proper meaning of the integration of teacher education and training.Local normal colleges and universities should pay attention to combined the daily teaching,teaching research and professional development with the"national training plan",pay attention to the platform to build and resource construction,focusing on the overall project summary and promotion,to achieve local normal colleges and universities to continue to promote"National Training Plan".
