摘要
作为重要的人才资源,外语人才对于"一带一路"战略的顺利开展和国家经济将会产生重大影响,尤其是具有综合能力、创造能力、管理能力和专业应用能力的国际化外语人才,更是未来市场需求的重点。文章以帮助国家培养更多符合需要的国际化外语人才为目的,首先简单分析了当今国内外的经济形势和背景,其次从"一带一路"的内涵和意义出发,分析了未来市场对于外语人才的需求类型,针对需求提出了在"一带一路"背景下国际化外语人才的培养战略,以期为国家外语人才培养献计献策。
As an important human resources, foreign language talents have a major impact on the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy and the national economy will be carried out smoothly, especially with comprehensive ability, creative ability, management ability and professional application ability of international talents, is the focus of the future market demand. In order to help countries develop more to meet the needs of international talents for the purpose,this paper firstly analyzes the current domestic and international economic situation and background, and then analyzes what kinds of foreign language talents are needed in the future market from the connotation and the significance of ＂The Belt and Road＂ and then puts forward the internationalization strategy of cultivating foreign language talents in The Belt and Road under the background of the demand in order to make suggestions for the national foreign language talents.
