摘要
大学生就业指导中思想政治教育是解决当代大学生就业难的重要举措,思想引领行动,思想促进行动,就业指导中的思想政治教育使学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,进而形成正确的择业观和就业观,在就业实践中能认清形势、理性选择、排除困难、顺利就业,实现高校人才培养目标。
In the employment guidance of college students ideological and political education is an important measure to solve the problem that the employment of contemporary college students is difficult. Thought leads to action, and thought promotes action. Employment guidance in the ideological and political education enables students to establish correct world view, outlook on life, values, thus forming correct view of choosing profession and employment outlook. And the students can get a clear understanding of the situation, make a rational choice, overcome all difficulties, get employment successfully, and achieve the goal of college personnel training in employment practices.
