工艺参数对B1500HS点焊直径/拉剪强度影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 点焊直径及拉剪强度是焊点性能的两个重要指标。本文以B1500HS高强钢板为研究对象,首先通过正交试验,分析了焊接电流、焊接时间和电极压力对点焊直径以及拉剪强度的影响,发现焊接参数对点焊直径和拉剪强度的影响规律并不一致。其次,采取径向基神经网络模型与遗传算法相结合的方法,分别获取点焊直径和拉剪强度最优值时的工艺参数,并通过试验验证了上述参数。结果表明,点焊直径和拉剪强度对工艺参数的要求并不一致,最大点焊直径并不能代表最优的点焊质量。这对进一步优化工艺参数,提升焊点质量具有重要指导意义。 Diameter and shear strength are two important indexes of spot welding quality. Taking B 1500HS high strength steel plate as the research object, the influence of welding current, welding time and electrode force on diameter and shear strength of spot welding was analysed through orthogoual experiment firstly. It was found that the welding parameters had different influence laws on the diameter and shear strength. Then, by using the combined method of RBF and GA, the optimized process parameters of the diameter and shear strength were obtained respectively, and these parameters were verified through experiments. The results show that, the process parameters of the diameter and shear strength are different on spot welding quality. The maximum diameter does not stand for the best spot welding ,which is of great importance in finding out the optimized process parameters and improving spot welding quality.
