摘要
性激素依赖性疾病在欧美等发达国家的发病非常高,如前列腺癌、乳腺癌等。尽管在亚洲地区的发病率略低,但是有逐年上升的趋势。促性腺激素释放激素(Gn RH)类似物具有活性高、用量少以及安全性高的优势,广泛应用于性激素依赖性疾病的治疗中。尽管Gn RH的治疗效果显著,但是其昂贵的价格成为了许多患者的经济负担。文章通过查阅相关文献资料,采用固液相结合技术,对醋酸布舍瑞林的合成路线进行探讨,旨在为醋酸布舍瑞林的扩大生产、降低其市场售价起到促进作用。
