摘要
生物工程与制药工程专业属于工科专业,主要以培养应用型、实践创新型人才为主。本文针对当前生物与制药工程专业实习的现状,以本校实际情况及平台条件为基础,探索并建立了一套较为科学的实践实习模式,致力于同时解决科研院所及企业对人才的迫切需求和毕业生的就业问题。通过实践,我们建立了优质的实习基地,学生综合能力得到显著提高。由此可见,该类实习模式具有一定的可行性。
Bioengineering and Pharmaceutical Engineering belongs to engineering specialty,which mainly aims to develop applicated,practiced and innovation oriented talents. The establishment of a more reasonable and scientific practice mode according to the basis of the current situation of biological and pharmaceutical expertise among universities was explored,which was committed to solve the problem of institutes and enterprises demand for talent graduates while addressing the graduates employment. Through practicing,a high- quality training base was established and students＇ comprehensive ability was improved significantly. Thus,this practice mode was feasible.
