热加工及热处理工艺对Ti80合金棒材组织和性能的影响 被引量:20

摘要 对不同的热加工工艺及热处理工艺获得的Ti80合金棒材进行了室温力学性能和组织的分析研究。结果表明:Ti80合金棒材精锻时,随着变形量增加室温拉伸性强度逐渐增加,塑性变化不明显,而冲击韧性随着变形量的增加而显著下降;轧制棒材的冲击韧性比相近变形量的精锻棒材略高;室温拉伸性能对热处理温度不敏感,900℃及其以上热处理的几乎保持不变;热处理温度对冲击韧性影响较大,(940~980)℃×75 min/AC的综合力学性能较好。 In this paper,the effects of hot working process and heat treatment on microstructures and mechanical properties of Ti80 bars were investigated. The results show that,tensile properties of the bars increase with the increasing of deformation amount,but the ductility have minus difference. The impact toughness of the bars decrease significantly with the increasing of deformation amount. The impact toughness of rolled bars is slightly higher than forged bars. What's more,annealing temperature has no obvious effect on the tensile properties at room temperature,but has great influence on impact toughness. When the bars are heat treated with the process of( 940 ~ 980) ℃ ×75 min / AC,the ideal combination of the strength,plasticity and impact toughness could got.
