摘要
根据大棚作物的自动滴灌工艺过程,设计了以HMI组态软件和西门子1200PLC为控制器的智能滴灌控制系统。该系统以土壤湿度、光照强度及其周期运行时间等为控制条件,根据专家和实际生产人员经验制定模糊控制规则进行精细滴灌。该系统设置了参数设定、主参数显示和故障报警等界面,系统具有操作方便灵活,易于扩展升级和成本低、节能等特点。
According to the process of an automatic drip irrigation in greenhouse,an intelligent drip irrigation control system based on HMI configuration software and SIEMENS 1200 PLC as the controller is designed.The system is controlled by soil moisture,light intensity and its cycle time,and the fuzzy control rules are formulated according to the experts and the actual production experience.The system has interfaces for the main parameters setting,parameters display and fault alarm,and has the advantages of convenient operation,easy to expand and upgrade,low cost and energy saving.
