论转型期思想教育的涨落与震动——基于自组织理论的应用研究

摘要 在社会转型期、思想更新期,需要借鉴自组织原理通过远离平衡态,打破人的认知结构,以激活人的思想认识由"平衡结构"向"耗散结构"的转化。要强化新信息的输入,通过认知系统的"巨涨落",引发人的心灵震动。要增强受教育者接受新信息的主动性,加强信息接受引导与调控,提高受教育者的思想自组织水平。 In the time of social transition and change of ideas, it is necessary to refer to the self-organization theory to activate and change people's thinking from an equilibrium state into a dissipative structure by breaking their cognitive structure. People's mind could be vibrated with increasing input of new information and with fluctuations of their cognitive structure. Educatees' initiative to accept new information should be enhanced,their information receiving should be guided and controlled, and their level of self-organized ideology.
