摘要
主要探讨应用高效液相色谱法来检测各种淀粉及淀粉制品中的马来酸。以Phenomenex Rezex ROA色谱柱为分析柱,确立了在一般C18色谱柱和酸性C18色谱柱上难以检测的粉圆、虾条等复杂淀粉制品中马来酸的高效液相色谱检测法。同样通过试验,考察了草酸、抗坏血酸、缩苹果酸、琥珀酸、蚁酸、富马酸、柠檬酸、醋酸、酒石酸、肥酸等有机酸对这些淀粉及其制品中的马来酸检测的影响,结果显示,在试验条件下,这些有机酸不会对马来酸的检测造成影响。通过对方法的回收率和精密度进行分析探讨,结果在所确定的实验条件下,即流动相:0.0025mol/L硫酸溶液,流速:0.4 m L/min,检测波长:210 nm,柱温:30℃,峰面积和标准溶液在0.05~10.0 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,线性系数大于0.999,平均回收率处于87.5~106.5%,RSD均小于5.0%。该实验方法在实际样品的马来酸检测中得到应用,检测安全可靠,可以满足实际检测的需要。
The High Performance Liquid Chromatographic(HPLC)method was established for determining the maleic acid in starch,modified starch,prawn cracker and so on,with Phenomenex Rezex ROA column.Then the effect of oxalic acid,ascorbic acid,propanedioic acid,succinic acid,methanoic acid,fumaric acid,citric acid,acetic acid,tartaric acid,adipic acid were studied by testing,and the result proved that these roganic acid did not affect the partial detection of maleic acid. The peak area and the standard solution in the 0.5 – 20 mg/L keep a good linear relationship,with a correlation coefficient of more than 0.999. The extraction recoveries were between 93.0%- 102. 0% and the RSD less than 5.0%. The lab method could satisfy the requirement for the determination of the demands in reality.
