摘要
我国能源中煤炭资源最为丰富,长期以来,煤炭的开发不仅促进我国经济的发展,也带来严重的环境问题。由于特殊的能源结构,未来几十年,我国依然会维持以煤为主的能源消费格局。日益严峻的环境要求,对煤炭行业的发展提出更高的要求。煤炭开发利用过程由于煤的复杂结构,会产生大量粉尘、有害气体,在以煤为原料生产其他产品的工艺中,需对粗煤气进行净化,其中粗煤气中酸性气体对后续工艺的影响较大。目前煤化工企业在脱除酸性气体时主要采用低温甲醇洗技术和NHD技术,其中以甲醇为产品或中间产品的企业主要采用低温甲醇洗工艺进行气体净化。低温甲醇洗技术是以甲醇作为吸收溶剂,脱除混合气体中H2S、COS、CO2等酸性气体的一种气体净化工艺。本文围绕神华宁煤集团煤化工公司167万t/a烯烃工艺中低温甲醇洗技术甲醇高消耗问题展开。从工艺装置入手,分析导致甲醇洗工艺高消耗的可能原因,为后续工艺改造,降低能耗提供理论依据。
Coal resource is the richest of China's energy resources. For a long time,the exploitation of coal not only promotes the development of China 's economy,but also brought serious environmental problems. Because of the special energy structure,China will still maintain coal as the dominated energy consumption pattern the coming decades. The increasingly serious environmental demands put forward higher requirements for the development of coal industry. The process of development and utilization of coal due to the complex structure of coal will produce large amounts of dust and harmful gas.It is need to purifying crude gas in the technology of producing other products from coal the raw material. The acid gas in crude gas will affect the follow- up technology greatly. At present,coal chemical enterprises mainly use rectisol technology and NHD technology to remove acid gases. Some of them use methanol as products or intermediate products mainly adopts rectisol technology for gas purification. Rectisol technology is a purification technology that using methanol as solvent absorption to remove acid gases such as H2 S,COS,CO2 from mixed gas. This paper focuses on coal chemical company of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.,Ltd 167 million t / a olefins rectisol technology 's high methanol consumption issues. From the technology device,it analyzes the possible cause of high consumption rectisol technology to provide a theoretical basis for the follow- up transformation of the technology and reduction of energy consumption.
