摘要
食品安全问题是民生第一要件,触动着全民的情绪。而危机带来的恐慌激发了强烈的认知欲,直接影响消费意识。近年来台湾省的食品安全问题令人发指,因此以台湾省民众为研究对象,恐慌情绪为自变量,食品安全认知的欲望及成长为中介变量,消费意识为因变量,探讨恐慌情绪的强弱对食品安全求知欲望的影响、认知成长对食品安全消费意识的影响。通过实证调研发现其影响显著。
Food safety equivalent to the national security crisis, it touched the people's emotions. Panic crisis sparked intense the desire of food safety cognition direct impact on consumer awareness. In Taiwan,food safety has been a serious problem in recent years. Therefore, the research object is the people of Taiwan. The independent variable is panic emotions,the mediating variable is the desire and growth of food safety cognition,the dependent variable is consumer awareness,that is to discuss the influence of the panic emotions on the desire of food safety cognition,the influence of the growth of food safety cognition on the consumer awareness. Through empirical research, the impacts are all significant.
