分层教学是新课程改革后比较"时髦"的话题,它更关注学生的个体差异,重视个性发展,遵循因材施教和以学生为中心的原则。为了尊重学生的个体差异,在高中英语教学中实施分层走班教学很有必要,它将给每位学生带来发展与进步,从而全面提高教学质量。
The stratification of teaching is a fashionable topic after the launch of new curriculum reform.It pays more attention to the students＇ individual differences and development of personality,and it follows the individualized instruction and student-oriented principle.In order to respect students＇ individual differences,in High School English teaching,the implementation of the class-selection-system is necessary.It will bring development and progress to every student and improve the overall quality of teaching.
