连续退火过程带钢跑偏模型及其影响因素 被引量:14

摘要 针对连续退火过程中带钢的跑偏问题,充分考虑到连退机组的设备与工艺特点,基于跑偏机理引出跑偏因子新概念,建立连退过程带钢内部张力横向分布模型,提出适合连退过程的带钢跑偏量计算模型,定量分析了来料板形、炉辊辊型、横向温差、设定张力、通板速度以及摩擦系数等因素对连退过程带钢跑偏的影响,并将相关理论应用到生产实践,开发出《连退机组通板过程带钢跑偏预报软件》,实现了现场对跑偏的实时预报,预防和控制了跑偏缺陷。 In allusion to the problem of strip running deviation in continuous annealing process line(CAPL),taking into account the equipment and technological characteristics of CAPL and analyzing the mechanism of strip running deviation,a new concept of running deviation factor was put forward,a model of transverse distribution of tension internal strip in CAPL was established,the model of strip running deviation was developed,the influence of incoming strip shape,and the effects of the roll profile,the transverse temperature difference,the assigned tension,the strip traveling speed and friction coefficient on the strip running deviation in CAPL were analyzed.The related theory was applied to practical production.The predictive software of strip running deviation in CAPL was developed and the strip running deviation was predicted timely,which lays a solid foundation for prevention and control of running deviation defects.
