摘要
秸秆是丰富的粗饲料资源,但秸秆直接作为饲料利用时,因其可利用营养成分较低、适口性较差等特点,很难被反刍动物直接消化利用,影响家畜正常的生产性能。文章综述了几种农作物秸秆的处理方式探索及其在动物生产中的应用。
The straw is rich in nature roughages resources, but it is difficult to be digested directly by ruminant because of low nutritional value, such as poor palatability characteristics, low feed intake, affecting the normal production of animal performance. This paper reviewed several processing methods of the straw, and generalized its application in animal production.
