摘要
目的分析老年痴呆循证护理实施方法及效果。方法研究2015年1-12月纳入老年痴呆患者共47例,随机分组。研究组病例数25例,施以循证护理;对照组病例数22例,施以常规护理。对比效果。结果两组中研究组ADL评分上升幅度更大,护理有效率更高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理对老年痴呆患者效果较佳,生活能力提高。
Objective Evidence-based nursing method and its effect on elderly patients with alzheimer are to be studied. Methods Chose 47 elderly patients of alzheimer that were treated in hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,25 patients in study group were given evidence-based nursing,while 22 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and then observed and compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ ADL assessment score increase more dramatically and nursing efficacy was much higher in study group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is effective for elderly patients with alzheimer,it is conducive to improving patients＇ life self-care ability.
