摘要
如今高校网络评教盛行,评教结果又与教师的绩效直接挂钩,因此评教结果的可信度至关重要。通过对以桂林理工大学300名学生为样本进行调查研究,发现学生自身易受个人情感影响,评教内容无针对性,时间安排不合理,评教方式比较单一等。鉴于此,提出一系列改进评教措施,强化高校评教的制度建设、提高学生评教主体的积极性、评教内容更具针对性,合理安排评教时间等。
Abstract: Nowadays, the evaluation of teaching prevails and its results are directly linked to the teachers" performance, so the credibility of the evaluation results is very important. Taking 300 students in Guilin University of Technology as samples to carry out investigation and study, it is found that the students themselves are easily impacted by personal emotional, evaluation of teaching content are not targeted, time arrangement is unreasonable and evaluation model is single etc.. In view of this, the paper proposes a series of improvement measures of strengthening college teaching evaluation system construction, improving students" enthusiasm as the main body of teaching evaluation, providing more pertinence teaching content, and arranging reasonable teaching assessment time etc.
