摘要
为了回收挖掘机回转机构制动时损失的可回收能量,提出了一种制动能的间接回收系统,回收的能量储存在蓄能器中,用于下次的回转启动。详细地介绍了该系统的能量回收与释放过程。通过AMESim软件对该系统进行建模仿真分析表明:提出制动能间接回收系统能够实现回转制动能的回收再利用,在进行参数匹配优化后,该系统与普通挖掘机回转系统相比,其能量回收率达到60.4%,回收能量再利用率高达74.3%,实现了节能的目的。
In order to recover the wasted recoverable energy when the hydraulic excavator' s slewing mechanism is stopping rotating, a recovering system used for recovering the braking energy is put forward, and the recovering en- ergy is reserved in an accumulator and used for starting the next rotating. The process of energy recovering and re- leasing are introduced in detail. The simulation model of the recovering system is built by the AMESim, the simula- tion result shows that the recovering system could recycle part of the releasing energy and reuse the energy again. Compared with the ordinary system, the energy recovery system' s recovery efficiency is 60.4% and the recovery energy' s utilization efficiency is 74.3 % after system' s parameters are matched and optimized. The system has a- chieved energy saving.
