小学生50米×8往返跑心率变化规律研究

摘要 为确定小学生耐力锻炼安全有效的负荷强度,采用试验法、数理统计法,以50米×8往返跑过程中男女学生心率强度和变化规律为研究内容,抽取厦门市金尚小学五年级72名为观察对象,采用ONrhythm 410 progress心率表,按照50米×8往返跑测试成绩合格、良好、优秀三个等级进行分组测试,结果显示;学生往返跑第三次时平均心率已经达到181次/分。心率在190~200次/分的强度下要持续1分30秒左右。研究认为小学生50米×8往返跑的练习应循序渐进的原则,最高心率维持时间不宜超过1分30秒的时间范围。 To define the safe and effective intensity of pupil' s endurance exercise,using experimental method and mathematical statistics,extracting 72 grade 5th students from Xiamen Jinshang Primary School as the object of observation and separate them into three divisions according to their scores as qualified,good and excellent,Monitoring the male and female students' heart rate intensity and variation in 50 meters x 8 shuttle run with using the ONrhythm 410 progress monitor as the research content. The result indicates: the students' average heart rate reaches181 times per minute in the 3rd shuttle run and it lasts 1 minute 30 seconds in the intensity of 190 ~ 200. Therefore,the research concludes that the shuttle run exercise for primary students should be carried out with a step- by- step approach,and the time which the highest heart rate sustained should not exceed 1 minute 30 seconds.
