摘要
在中山大学-BP液化天然气系统仿真平台上,基于气液两相容积节点原理,针对某LNG接收站再冷凝系统建立了动态仿真模型。通过深入分析,发现在需启(停)外输泵组以满足外输负荷变动时,按原有运行控制方式,经常出现系统运行不稳定的情况。利用动态模拟方法,在不改变控制系统及参数配置的前提下,通过优化各设备之间的操作间隔及次序,改善了再冷凝系统的运行稳定性。
Based on the principle of gas-liquid two-phase volume node,a dynamic simulation model for one LNG receiving terminal's re-condenser system on SYSU-BP center's LNG simulation platform has been established.Through deep analysis,it shows that when it needs to open(stop)one pair of pumps to meet the output requirement,it's hard to keep the system running stably under the original operation and control mode.With the help of dynamic simulation,on the premise of not changing control system nor any parameter setting,by the solutions of optimization operation in the time and sequence aspects,the re-condenser system's stability can be improved.
