磁共振-酰胺质子转移成像:从研究向实践,从宏观向分子的发展 被引量:1

摘要 磁共振(MR)成像原本用于反映氢质子的分布以及它们在水、脂中的相关物理特性;经过半个多世纪的发展,磁共振成像技术不断革新,不仅大幅缩短了成像时间,其应用的领域也在不断拓展.技术的革新源于实践的需求,而实践也能反过来促进并完善技术的发展.磁共振成像技术从较为单一的T1、T2加权成像,到后来的扩散、灌注以及磁共振波谱成像,现代的磁共振已成为名副其实的多模态成像.
