摘要
随着4G网络的普及,人们越来越对网络的便捷性产生依赖,这也对通信网络的稳定性和实时性有了更高的要求。通信电源作为通信系统稳定运行的保障,其可靠性也备受行业关注。设计及制作一款基于半桥LLC谐振式通信电源,以供通信设备使用,该通信电源具有两级结构,为APFC+LLC结构。有源功率因数校正电路的拓扑结构采用Boost作为主拓扑,电路工作在CCM模式,使该通信电源能够达到较高的功率因数,并且有效地降低了输入电流谐波的含量。软开关DC/DC变换器采用半桥LLC作为主拓扑,软开关DC/DC变换器主要通过谐振来实现,在半桥或者全桥变换器的基础上加上谐振网络实现零电压开通或者零电流的关断,设计时我们选择半桥LLC谐振变换器,利用适当的谐振电路设计使输出电压稳定。最后制作了功率为360 W的通信电源,经过仿真验证该通讯电源效率很高。
With the popularity of 4G networks,more and more peoplerely on the convenient of the network,thestability of communication network is much higher than before and the real?time capabality needs higher requirements.Communication power supply,as the stable operation of the communication system security,the reliability drawsmuch more attention of industy. A half bridge LLC resonant type communication power supply was designed,using forcommunication equipment,the communication power supply had two stage structure,APFC+LLC structure.Activepower factor correction circuit used boost converter as the main topology,the circuit worked in continuous currentmode,the communication power supply could achieve high power factor,and reduced the input current harmoniccontent. The second stage was half bridge LLC resonant converter,according to the theory,calculated the circuitimpedance,ratio of resonant inductance and quality factor,finally got the transfer function,using design of resonantcircuit to stabilize the output voltage.Finally the communication power supply of 360 W was made,after theexperimental verification the power efficiency of the communication power supply is high.
