摘要
研究了机电式控制电路电器试验技术,包括正常和非正常条件下接通分断能力、电气耐久性试验等。根据试验条件不同,将考核触头接通能力和分断能力的试验分为恒载、变载和无载3种试验模式。以接触器辅助触头为研究对象,设计了基于计算机控制的试验装置,实现了交直流通用和各试验模式兼容,自动控制试验进程并实时监测和显示试验电压电流,提高了触头接通分断状态判断的精度和接触器辅助触头试验的自动化水平。
Test technology of electromechanical control circuit devices was studied such as the making andbreaking capacities under normal load conditions and abnormal load conditions,the electrical durability,etc.According to different test conditions,the tests for verification of making and breaking capacities were classified intothree test types,constant-load test,different-load test and no-load test. In fact,a test device for auxiliary contact ofcontactor was designed to automatically control test process and accurately monitor the condition of contacts bydetecting test current and test voltage. With AC supply or DC supply,samples are tested in the three test types.
