摘要
调查483位农民工的身份认同情况,呈现较明显的双重认同,其中66.7%的更认同农民身份,19.7%的更认同工人身份,而13.7%的人表示说不清。在社会认同理论、工作投入相关理论的基础上,构建农民工身份认同、组织支持感与工作投入的理论模型,并通过结构方程建模进行验证发现:工人身份认同和农民身份认同程度都对工作投入有正向影响,但组织支持感仅在工人身份认同和员工工作投入间起部分中介作用,说明农民身份认同较强的农民工难以感受到企业组织支持的作用,这是企业在提升农民工工作投入水平时需要解决的重点问题。
In our survey which took 483 migrant workers as sample population, data show a significant obvious dual status identity. 66.7% of thesample population identifies their status more as farmers and 19.7% of them take themselves more as workers, while 13.7% of them are not sure.Based on theories of social identity and job involvement, we constructed a theoretical model of migrant workers ′ status identity, perceivedorganizational support and job involvement. Through structural equation modeling verification, the results show that: the degree of both migrantworkers′worker status identity and farmer status identity takes positive effect on their job involvement, but the perceived organizational support onlyplays a part of mediating effect between worker status identity and job involvement. It indicates that migrant workers who identify their framerstatus could hardly feel the supporting effects enterprise organizations, which should be solved as a key problem when enterprises aim to promotetheir works on migrant workers.
