摘要
利用Abaqus软件建立轮胎静态三维有限元模型,对采用不同设计方案的37.00R57巨型工程机械子午线轮胎进行静负荷工况下的受力分析,以期通过分别调整胎肩部位两层锦纶包布的宽度,降低肩部的最大剪应力。利用屈雷斯加和米塞斯屈服准则判断应力大小,从而得到优化方案,提高轮胎性能。
A three-dimensional finite element model of 37. 00R57 giant OTR tire was established by using Abaqus software.The stress analysis of different tire designs under static loading was carried out and the stress values were determined by Tresca and Mises yield criterion.The width of two layers of nylon fabric in the tire shoulder was adjusted in order to reduce the maximum shear stress of the shoulder.After the optimization,the tire performance was improved.
