摘要
采油过程中,联合站沉降罐底形成了较厚的过渡层,过渡层主要成分为硫酸盐还原菌(SRB),严重腐蚀管道,形成大量硫化亚铁颗粒,使过渡层具有较强的导电性,严重影响了电脱水器的正常运行和原油的脱水质量。同时,由于过渡层的存在,占据了沉降罐的有效容积,影响了污水的沉降效果。为此在污水处理及地面系统中开展SRB控制和过渡层处理方法研究,进而确定SRB的控制及过渡层的处理标准,最终实现油田回注水质基本达标。
Research on sulfate reducting bacteria control and processing standards in tank transition layer During oil development,thick transition layer forms at settling tank bottom in combination station,and its main constitution is SRB( sulfate reducting bacteria),which corrodes pipeline severely,forming large amounts of ferrous sulfide particles.As a result,the transition layer becomes electroconductive strongly,affecting normal operation of electric dehydrator and anhydration quality of crude oil.Besides,transition layer takes up some effective volume of setting tank,affecting sewage sedimentation effect.Therefore,SRB control was performed during sewage processing and ground system,and transition layer processing method research was studied in this article to determine SRB control and transition layer processing standard,and furthermore,to realize the basic standard of circulated water quality in field.
