第2～5腕掌关节脱位一例

A case report of dislocation from the second through fifth carpometacarpal joints

摘要 男性患者，25岁，因交通事故伤致左手肿胀、疼痛、畸形伴活动受限2h到当地医院就诊，摄X线片示左第2～5腕掌关节向掌桡侧脱位（图IA），即行手法复位治疗后复查X线片示左第2、3腕掌关节脱位（图1B），3d后转来我院就诊。三维CT检查显示：左第2-5掌骨基底向掌、桡侧脱位，第2、3掌骨基底撕脱性骨折，小多角骨矢状面粉碎性骨折、头状骨及钩骨撕脱性骨折（图1C～E）。
