领导权力分享、组织自尊和员工工作表现:内部人身份感知的调节作用 被引量:13

摘要 本研究基于自我一致性理论,通过643位员工及其领导的配对数据分析,考察了领导权力分享与员工的工作绩效及组织公民行为之间的关系以及作用机制。研究结果显示:(1)权力分享行为对员工的工作绩效和组织公民行为有正向作用;(2)组织自尊中介了领导的权力分享对员工工作绩效和组织公民行为的影响;(3)内部人身份感知对这一过程起到了调节作用。本研究为领导权力分享和自我概念领域的研究提供了启示。
