Fascin和c—Met在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床病理因素的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨Fascin和c-Met在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平及两者与其临床病理因素的关系。方法收集95例乳腺癌患者手术切除的癌组织和癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测以上组织石蜡切片中Fascin和c—Met的表达水平。结果Fascin在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为44.21%,在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为10.53%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),Fascin表达水平与乳腺癌乳腺癌组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P〈0.05);c-Met在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为55.79%,在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为8.42%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),c-Met表达水平与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P〈0.05)。结论检测Fascin及c-Met的表达可能有助于判断乳腺癌的恶性程度及侵袭能力。 Objective To explore the relationship between Fascin, c - Met and elinicopathologic characteristics of breast carcinoma. Methods The expression of Fascin and c - Met was examined in 95 cases of human breast carcinoma tissues and non - cancerous adjacent breast tissues using immunohisto- chemical method. Results The expression rate of Fascin was 44. 21% in breast carcinoma tissues, and 10. 53% in non - cancerous adjacent breast tissues ( P 〈 0. O1 ). The expression of Fascin was related breast carcinoma to histology grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression rate of c- Met was 55.79% in breast carcinoma tissues, and 8.42% in non -cancerous adjacent breast tissues (P 〈 0. 01 ), and there was a close relation between the expression of c - Met and tumor size, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression of Fascin and c - Met may help to judge the abilities t of malignancy and invasion of breast carcinoma.
