摘要
目的探讨血清补体C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(CTRP3)表达水平与绝经期前女性冠心病的关系。方法选择2014-10~2015-06拟诊冠心病住院的经冠脉造影术(CAG)证实的冠心病组50例女性患者,另外50例经CAG检查确认冠状动脉完全正常设为对照组,这两组患者按照是否绝经分别分为绝经前女性冠心病组(n=20)、绝经后女性冠心病对照组(n=30)、绝经前女性正常对照组(n=20)、绝经后女性正常对照组(n=30)。采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清中CTRP3、脂联素(APN)水平,同时检测血脂、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果 ①血清CTRP3水平(pg/ml)在绝经前女性冠心病组(26.45±24.32)高于绝经后女性冠心病对照组(7.05±5.61,P〈0.05)、绝经前女性正常对照组(6.92±4.37,P〈0.05)、绝经后女性正常对照组(8.09±6.85,P〈0.01);②脂联素水平(μg/ml)在绝经前女性冠心病组高于绝经前女性正常对照组(518.21±402.91 vs 197.58±85.205,P〈0.05);③同型半胱氨酸水平(mmol/L)在绝经前女性冠心病组高于绝经前女性正常对照组(12.61±2.86 vs 9.35±0.95,P〈0.01);④CTRP3与脂联素呈正相关(r=0.731,P〈0.000 1),CTRP3与其他心血管因素如总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、血尿酸、同型半胱氨酸无相关性。结论 CTRP3与绝经前女性冠心病有关联。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of C1 q / TNF-related protein 3( CTRP3) and coronary heart disease( CHD) in premenopausal women. Methods A total of 50 female CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography( CAG) from Octerber 2014 to June 2015 were selected for the study,and another 50 controls of completely normal coronary artery confirmed by CAG examination. The subjects were divided into premenopausal female CHD( n = 20),post-menopausal female CHD( n = 30),premenopausal female with normal coronary artery( n = 20),and post-menopausal female with normal coronary artery( n = 30). The levels of CTRP3 and adiponectin( APN) were determined by ELISA,and the serum levels of cholesterol,and Hcy in plasma were detected by Biochemical analyzer. Results①The plasma level of CTRP3( pg / ml) in premenopausal CHD 26. 45 ± 24. 32 was higher than that of post-menopausal CHD( 7. 05 ± 5. 61,P〈0. 05),premenopausal female with normal coronary artery( 6. 92 ± 4. 37,P〈0. 05),and postmenopausal female with normal coronary artery( 8. 09 ± 6. 85,P〈0. 01).② The plasma level of APN( μg / ml) in premenopausal CHD was higher than that of premenopausal female with normal coronary artery( 518. 21 ± 402. 91 vs 197. 58 ± 85. 205,P〈0. 05). ③The plasma level of Hcy( mmol / L) in premenopausal CHD was significantly higher than that of premenopausal female with normal coronary artery( 12. 61 ± 2. 86 vs 9. 35 ± 0. 95,P〈0. 01). ④ The results showed that CTRP3 was positively correlated with adiponectin( r =0. 731,P〈0. 000 1),and there was no significant relationship between CTRP3 and other cardiovascular factors such astotal cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,fasting blood-glucose,uric acid,and Hcy. Conclusion CTRP3 is correlated with CHD in premenopausal women.
