摘要
通过对牛背梁国家级自然保护区现状和存在问题的分析,提出"坚持一个保护,强化两个支撑,狠抓三个提高,实现四个目标"的规划思路,编制陕西牛背梁国家级自然保护区总体规划,对陕西地域内自然保护区的总体规划具有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of the Niubeiliang National Nature Reserve,a plan as ＂ insist on one protection,strengthen two supports,focus on three improvements,achieve foul goals ＂ is proposed.The master plan of the Niubeiliang National Nature Reserve of Shannxi province has been written,which provides special references to other master plans of nature reserves in Shaanxi province.
