Objective To establish the hazard analysis and critical control point( HACCP),and to explore the control effect in the stainless steel products enterprises. Methods Technological process and working environment of a stainless steel products enterprise occupational health investigation was carried out in hazard analysis principles, the critical control point was found out, implement effective control measures were carried out,and the HACCP system running effect with surveillence was vertified. Results The short time exposure concentration of welding fume, grinding wheel dust, other dust were( 12. 7,11. 4,and 11. 7 mg / m3,respectively) and the time weighted average allowable concentration were( 5. 7,10. 5and 8. 3 mg / m3,respectively) of those above exceeded the occupational exposure limits, noise detection ranged in 77. 3-91. 7 d B( A),which exceeding rate was 35%,other occupational disease hazard detection results were less than the occupational exposure limits. According to the hazards, the critical control points from the engineering protection, personal protection and management protection were put forward and have been under surveillence. It was effectively control the occupational hazards of stainless steel products enterprise after verification. Conclusion The establishment and application of HACCP system can effectively control the occupational hazards in the stainless steel products enterprise, and protect the occupational health of workers.
