摘要
目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像(susceptibility weighted imaging,SWI)技术在诊断脑血管畸形疾病中的应用价值。材料与方法:对46例脑血管畸形患者行1.5T MRI常规序列及SWI序列扫描,将SWI图像与MRI常规序列图像进行比较,评价SWI相对于常规序列在脑血管畸形疾病中的诊断价值。结果:46例血管畸形患者,其中海绵状血管瘤20例,MR常规序列发现病灶18个,其中表现为典型血管瘤征象("铁环征")16个,SWI发现25个,其中均匀性低信号病灶12个,低信号中含有混杂信号病灶13个;动静脉畸形(AVM)5例,SWI可显示更多的引流静脉,且易与动脉区分;发育性静脉异常为21例(其中伴发其他血管畸形者3例),SWI较常规序列发现更多病灶,均可清晰显示扩张的髓静脉和粗大的引流静脉,而常规序列显示欠佳。结论:SWI在脑血管畸形诊断方面检出率高于其他MR常规序列,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Purpose: To explore the application value of susceptibility weighted imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular malformation diseases. Materials and Methods: In forty-six cases of cerebral vascular malformation underwent routine MRI sequence and SWI sequence 1. 5T scanning,The SWI image and MRI image is compared to conventional sequence,Evaluation of SWI relative to the value of the conventional sequence in diagnosis of diseases of cerebral vascular malformation.Results: 46 cases of vascular malformation patients,including the 20 cases of cavernous hemangioma,Routine MR sequences were 18 lesions,Which showed typical signs of hemangioma( hoop syndrome) 16,SWI found 25,The uniformity of low signal lesions 12,Low signal contains mixed signal in 13 lesions. Arteriovenous malformations( AVM) in 5 cases,SWI can display the draining veins more,And easy to distinguish and artery. Cerebral developmental venous anomalies were 21 cases( Among them with the other vascular malformation 3 cases),In comparison to conventional SWI sequences found more lesions,Can clearly display the draining veins dilated medullary veins and coarse,While the conventional sequence display poor. Conclusion: SWI in cerebral vascular malformation diagnosis detection rate is higher than that of other conventional MR sequences,and has high value in clinical application.
