摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定芩连片中巴马汀(以盐酸巴马汀计)、小檗碱(以盐酸小檗碱计)、黄芩苷、连翘苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Gemini NX C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(23:5:72);流速:1.0 m L·min^(-1);检测波长:270 nm;柱温:35℃。结果盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、连翘苷浓度分别在0.420~4.200、2.940~29.40、2.590~25.90、0.370~3.700μg·m L^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=6)分别为101.3%、99.6%、100.2%、99.6%,RSD分别为1.7%、1.8%、2.0%、0.9%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于芩连片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to simultaneously determine palmatine(in palmatine hydrochloride), berberine(in berberine hydrochloride), baicalin and phillyrin in Qinlian tablets. Methods A Gemini NX C_(18) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(23 :5 :72), and the flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-(-1). The UV detection wavelength was 270 nm, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area value of palmatine, berberine hydrochloride, baicalin and phillyrin at 0.420- 4.200, 2.940- 29.40, 2.590- 25.90, and 0.370- 3.700 μg·m L-(-1). The recovery of 4 components was 101.3%, 99.6%, 100.2% and 99.6%, with the RSD of 1.7%, 1.8%, 2.0%, and 0.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurtate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Qinlian tablets.
