摘要
目的 :探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,CHD)合并2型糖尿病(type2 diabetes,T2DM)患者血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima mesia thickness,IMT)的关系。方法 :选择2014年1月—2015年6月期间在南通大学附属医院住院治疗的CHD合并T2DM患者70例作为观察组,同期入院的T2DM患者65例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测血清Lp-PLA2,颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉IMT。比较两组患者的血清LpPLA2、颈动脉IMT、血脂及糖化血红蛋白水平,并分析CHD合并T2DM患者血清Lp-PLA2水平与颈动脉IMT的关系。结果:观察组的Lp-PLA2水平和颈动脉IMT均高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组患者颈动脉IMT与血清Lp-PLA2呈正相关(r=0.724,P=0.000)。结论 :CHD合并T2DM患者血清LP-PLA2水平显著增高,与动脉粥样硬化密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the correlation of serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2), carotid artery intima mesia thickness(IMT) in patients with both coronary heart atherosclerotic disease(CHD) and type 2 diabetes(T2DM). Methods: Seventy cases of patients with CHD and T2 DM diagnosed and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from January 2014 to June 2015 were used as the observation group,whereas another 65 cases of T2 DM patients without CHD that were treated in the same hospital in the same period were used as control group. Serum Lp-PLA2 level and carotid artery IMT were detected by ELISA and carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound, respectively. The serum levels of LpPLA2, carotid artery IMT, blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups, and the relationship between serum Lp-PLA2 level and carotid IMT in patients with coronary heart disease and T2 DM were analyzed.Results: Lp-PLA2 level and IMT of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group,the carotid artery IMT in CHD patients was positively correlated to serum Lp-PLA2 level( r=0.724,P=0.000).Conclusion: Serum Lp-PLA2 levels in patients with CHD complicated with T2 DM were significantly higher, which was closely related to atherosclerosis.
