改良的圆型吻合器完全腹腔内胃十二指肠吻合在BillrothⅠ式胃肠吻合中的应用
摘要
目的 :评价改良的圆型吻合器完全腹腔内胃十二指肠吻合法在BillrothⅠ式胃十二指肠吻合中的应用。方法:2012年1月—2014年12月间对108例远端胃癌患者采用改良的圆型吻合器实现完全腹腔镜条件下的BillrothⅠ式胃十二指肠吻合,非常容易地把圆型吻合器的钉砧头放进十二指肠残端内,替代了原先通过辅助小切口的比较困难的操作。结果:108例患者的胃十二指肠吻合在完全腹腔镜条件下都顺利地完成。结论:改良的圆型吻合器完全腹腔内胃十二指肠吻合操作简单,吻合时间缩短,值得临床推广。
