摘要
为缓解城市中心区土地资源紧缺、土地价格持续上涨和停车难等城市问题,同时不影响城市形象,停车用地向地下发展成为必然趋势。本文结合中小学校园建设的实际情况和发展方向,对中小学运动场地下空间建设停车库建筑设计可行性进行了探讨,并提出一些建议,以供政府相关管理部门和业内人士参考。
To alleviate the problems in city core area, such as lands resources shortage, continued rise of land prices, and Parking problem, while not affecting the image of the city, underground parking has become an inevitable trend. This paper, which based on the actual situation and development direction of the construction of primary and secondary schools, explores the feasibility of parking design that via utilizing the playground underground space, and makes some recommendations for the relevant government departments and related Insiders.
