摘要
抽油机功图与电参同步采集是智能化油田井场数据监控的关键技术。针对油田抽油机示功图与电参同步采集需求,研制了抽油机示功图电参一体化同步采集器,采用ZigBee自组网和MSP430单片机为控制器,设计示功图电参同步采集算法,确保抽油机示功图与电参数据实时同步采集。通过在油田测试,示功图电参一体化同步采集器能完成抽油机上、下冲程同一个周期内同步采集示功图和电流、电功率数据,实时、准确地反映抽油机运行状态,实现油井工况异常诊断、抽油机故障监控及油井的产液准确计量,在数字化与智能化油田建设方面具有很好的应用前景。
The pumping unit indicator diagram and electrical parameter synchronous acquisition is the key technology of intelligent monitoring data in oilfield. According to the requirement of pumping unit indicator diagram and electric parameter synchronous acquisition, the integrated synchronous acquisition system of pumping unit is developed, which adopts Zig Bee self networking and MSP430 single chip microcomputer as controller,designs the synchronous acquisition algorithm of electric parameter, and ensures the real- time and synchronous acquisition of pumping unit indicator diagram and electric parameter data. By testing in oil field,the electric parameter integrated synchronous acquisition system can complete synchronization acquisition indicator diagram and the electric current and electric power data of pumping unit stroke up and down in the same cycle, accurately reflect the running state of pumping unit, realize the abnormal diagnosis of oil well working conditions, the fault monitoring of oil pumping unit and the accurate measurement of oil production fluid,and has a good application prospect in the digital and intelligent oilfield.
