“复方中药制剂”对大鼠运动能力及骨骼肌抗疲劳相关酶类活性的影响

The Effects of the Extract of Chinese Medicine Compound on the Exercise Ability and the Skeletal Muscle and Serum's Enzyme Activity of Rats

摘要 目的:探讨"复方中药制剂"对大鼠运动能力及骨骼肌抗疲劳的影响。方法:采用实验法测定大鼠游泳力竭时间、不同状态下大鼠股四头肌SDH活性、MDH活性、MDA含量及血清CK、LDH活性的变化;采用SPSS软件进行独立样本T检验进行统计分析。结果:l)两组大鼠游泳力竭时间比较B组游泳力竭时间明显延长(P<0.05)。2)骨骼肌酶活性:B组大鼠骨骼肌SDH活性在定量负荷、力竭即刻状态、12h恢复、24h恢复组显著高于于A组(P<0.05);B组MDH活性力竭即刻、12h恢复、24h恢复状态显著高于A组(P<0.05);MDA含量力竭即刻、12h恢复组和24h恢复组B组显著低于A组(P<0.05);3)血清酶活性:定量负荷组、力竭即刻、12h恢复组CK活性B组显著低于A组;LDH活性12h和24h恢复状态B组显著低于A组。结论:本实验"复方中药制剂"能促进SDH、MDH等有氧氧化代谢相关酶活性的升高,有效提高机体有氧代谢供能能力,减少肌肉组织MDA含量、降低血清中CK、LDH等组织损伤标志酶的含量,降低大强度运动中机体组织损伤程度,延缓运动疲劳的发生、提高机体运动的能力。 The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of Chinese medicine compound on the exercise ability and skeletal muscle's fatigue damage of rats. The method of experiment is used to measure swimming rats' exhausting time and the changes of SDH activity, MDH activity, MDA amount of muscle and serum CK activity and LDH activity of rats in different states, then the software SPSS is used to make the statistical analysis of independent T-test.The results indicate that: 1) comparing the swimming exhaustive time between two rats groups, group B is significantly longer (P〈0.05); 2) the muscle SDH activities of Group B, in states of quota load, exhansted exercise,12h-recovery group,24h-recovery group,are significantly higher than that of Group A (P〈0.05) MDH activities of Group B, in states of exhausted exercise,12h-recovery group, 24h-recovery group, are significantly higher than that of Group A (P〈0.05); MDA amount of Group B, in states of exhausted exercise, 12h-recovery group, 24h-recovery group, are significantly higher than that of Group A (P〈0.05) ; 3) the quota load group CK activity of Group B is significantly lower than that of Group A, 12h-recovery group and 24h-recovery group is significantly lower than that of Group A, the activity LDH in 12h-recovery group and 24h-recovery group is significantly lower than that of Group A. The results show that the Chinese medicine compound can increase the activities of oxidation metabolism enzyme such as SDH, MDH, and improve the ability of oxidation in the body; reduce the content of MDA in muscle tissue,decrease the activity of CK and LDH in serum, reduce the degree of tissue damage in high intensity exercise,Chinese medicine compound can effectively last the rats' exercise time, delay the exhaustion and improve the exercise ability of the body.
