摘要
目的：调查苏州市某三级专科医院开展抗菌药物专项整治活动前后抗菌药物的使用情况，为今后医院的抗菌药物使用管理提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查研究法，对苏州市某三级专科医院2010年至2014年门诊、急诊、住院、Ⅰ类切口手术患者抗菌药物使用率及抗菌药物用药金额进行统计分析。结果2010年至2014年门诊、急诊、住院、Ⅰ类切口手术患者抗菌药物使用率及抗菌药物用药金额占同期用药总金额的比例皆逐年下降。结论开展抗菌药物专项整治活动可显著降低抗菌药物使用率和用药金额，提高医院合理使用抗菌药物的水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of special rectifi cation activities on antimicrobial drug usage in a 3A-grade hospital of Suzhou city.Methods In this retrospective study, the antimicrobial usage and the costs of antimicrobial drugs of the patients from the outpatient service, emergency, in hospital and with typeⅠ incision surgery were analyzed.Results The rate of antimicrobial usage and the percentage of antimicrobial drug costs by the total drug costs for the patients from the outpatient service, emergency, in hospital and with typeⅠ incision surgery decreased annually from 2010 to 2014 during the period of special rectifi cation activities of antibiotics. Conclusion Special rectifi cation activities of antimicrobial drugs can signifi cantly reduce the amount of antibiotics and medication costs, promote reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs.
