摘要
探讨远红外陶瓷微珠(FICM)作为干预手段对大鼠一次性力竭运动后骨骼肌血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)指标的影响。将88只SD雄性大鼠分为:A组,安静对照组;B组,模型组;C组,模型+热水组;D组,模型+陶瓷微珠干预组。大鼠利用下坡跑台一次性运动至力竭,取各个对应时相点的数据进行分析处理,结果:D组恢复后各时相血清T-AOC水平均高于B组与C组(P<0.05),D组恢复后各时相血清IL-6、MDA均显著低于B组与C组(P<0.01)。结果表明,陶瓷微珠干预不但具有抑制机体自由基生成,减少自由基对机体的损伤,而且还具有有效减轻骨骼肌微损伤的作用。
The paper applied far infrared ceramic microspheres as a one-time exhaustive intervention study of rats skeletal muscle IL-6, T-AOC, MDA indicators. 88 male SD rats were divided into Group A: control group; Group B:natural recovery after exercise, model group; Group C: model group + hot water; Group D: far-infrared ceramic microspheres after exercise intervention group, model group + ceramic microspheres. Each phase of the measurement data for analysis was taken from the treadmill exercise to experimental rats exhaustion. The results showed that Group B and C, Crecovery for blood T-AOC enzyme activities were lower than group D(P〈0.05), that of IL-6, MDA was more than recovery group D(P〈0.01). FICM interventions can not only inhibit the body's free radical production,reduce free radical damage body but can reduce the micro skeletal muscle injury effectively.
