基于IP摄像机的手机睡眠监护系统

摘要 目的睡眠监护是健康监护技术领域的重要问题。传统睡眠监护方法由于需要被检测者佩戴各种传感器,会严重影响用户的睡眠质量,故实现一种非接触式且低成本的睡眠监护系统具有重要意义。方法本研究开发了一种基于IP摄像机的手机睡眠监护系统,应用IP摄像头作为视频服务器,手机可通过访问服务器地址,提取相应的健康信息加以分析。手机端开发的应用程序,可对图像监控区域内的人体部位加以记录和评估,由此实现用户睡眠姿态、呼吸频率、翻身次数以及是否打鼾等信息的检测。结果通过对用户整晚的睡眠视频进行处理,得到相关呼吸信息、鼾声信息等,验证了该系统的实用性。结论该系统提供了一种低成本且非接触式的睡眠研究途径。 Objective Sleep monitoring is an important issue in health care area. In a conventional system,users have to wear a lot of sensors,which may significantly affect their quality of sleep. So it is significant to develop a non-contact and low-cost sleep monitoring system. Methods In this study,based on an IP camera,we realize a non-contact and low-cost sleep monitoring system launched on the platform of a mobile phone. Using the camera as a video server,mobile phones at the user end can access data by logging to the address of the server and then perform further health care analysis. With the software developed at the mobile phone terminal,one can detect the user’s multiple physiological information such as sleeping posture,breath frequency,turn over times,snoring etc. Results The practicability of this system is demonstrated by a series of experiments,such as recording a user’s all night long sleeping video,detecting the breath signals and snoring signals. Conclusions This system supplies an approach of non-contact and low-cost sleep research
