摘要
研究了多元羧酸的复配、焙烘温度、焙烘时间、添加剂和柔软整理等对免烫整理织物撕破强力的影响。结果表明,在马来酸和衣康酸整理体系中,加入少量1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸和高效渗透剂,可促进整理剂在纤维内的渗透和酯化交联;通过降低焙烘温度、延长焙烘时间,并采用后柔软整理的方法,织物免烫整理后其标准水洗折皱回复角达到256°,撕破强力保留率达到74%。
Effects of compound polycarboxylic acid, baking temperature and time, additives and softeners on tearing strength of easy care fabric are studied. The results show that in finishing systems of maleic acid and itaconic acid, the addition of small amounts of 1, 2, 3, 4-butane tetracarboxylic acid and highefficient penetrating agent can promote the penetration, esterification and crosslinking of finishing agents with the fiber. Through lowering the baking temperature, prolonging the baking time, and adapt- ing post softening process, the finished fabric features 256°of crease recovery angle after standard washing, and 74% of tearing strength retention.
