摘要
为探讨短期呼吸冥想训练改善抑郁等情绪的有效性.共招募52名志愿者参加为期14d的冥想训练,发送冥想音频请志愿者自行练习,并进行前后测的行为及问卷数据收集.结果表明:冥想组抑郁水平显著下降,控制组的抑郁水平没有显著差异;未完成训练组焦虑水平和消极情绪水平均显著高于完成训练组;相关性分析发现STROOP值与正念水平存在的显著负相关.证明短期呼吸冥想训练能够改善抑郁水平,心智游移水平可预测正念水平.
Effectiveness of short-term training of breathing meditation to improve depression and other adverse emotions is studied.Fifty two volunteers were recruited for a 14-day period of meditation training.Volunteers were sent breathing meditation audio every day,to allow them to practice meditation by themselves.Behavior and questionnaire data were collected both before and after the 14-day training.After training the meditation group showed a significant reduction in the level of depression compared to before,while the control group showed no significant difference.The un-completed group had more anxiety and negative emotions than completed training group.Correlation analysis revealed that value of reaction time difference in the STROOP pre-test had a significant negative correlation with mindfulness level in the post-test.It is concluded that for people with a medium level of anxiety and negative emotions,short-term systematic breathing training improves their level of depression.The level of mindfulness can be predicted through behavior index of mind wandering level.
