摘要
维吾尔族有着悠久的历史和丰富的传统文化。在历史发展中,维吾尔族一直都在积极调适,使其思想、衣食住行和各类社会关系与传统文化相符合。但是,宗教极端思想并非维吾尔族传统文化的组成部分,必须予以抵制。近年来宗教极端思想在新疆维吾尔社区频繁制造暴力恐怖案件,鼓吹＂圣战＂并宣扬＂宗教至上＂极端思想,其原因一是信教群众文化素质偏低,易受宗教极端主义的蛊惑;二是宗教人士在发挥宗教引导中的作用不明显;三是正规宗教刊物匮乏导致维吾尔社区部分群众失去伊斯兰教正信来源;四是宗教极端思想弱化了维吾尔社区部分信教群众的中国公民身份的认同。对此充分发挥维吾尔传统文化在培育社会主义核心价值观、公民身份认可和行为规制方面的积极作用,利用传统文化建立起抵制极端思想渗透的内部控制能力,以抵制宗教极端思想及其不断渗透。
The Uighur people have a long history and rich cultural traditions. They have been trying to adapt their ideas,basic necessities of life and all kinds of social relations to their traditional culture from time immemorial. Thus,it is necessary to resist the ideology of religious extremists,which is absolutely not part of the Uighur traditional culture. In recent years,such extremist ideology has led to frequent violent terrorist cases in Xinjiang Uighur community and advocated＂Jihad＂and religious- centered extremist ideas. The causes can be attributed to the following： some religious believers have a relatively low cultural quality,and are vulnerable to religious radicalism; the role of the religious people in the religious guidance is vague; the lack of formal religious publications have led to the lack of the understanding of the truth and origin of Islam by some people in the Uighur community; such extremist ideology has weakened the awareness of the national identity of some religious believers in the Uighur community. Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the positive role of the Uighur traditional culture in the cultivation of socialist core values,their national identity and proper behaviors,which is conductive to the resistance against the ideology of religious extremists and its continuous penetration.
